THE MECHANISM

How it works.

1. Direct conduction. As soon as your dog lies down, his body heat flows into the ice-silk fabric, far cooler to the touch than the floor.

2. Continuous release. The fabric and the breathable mesh underneath disperse that heat into the air instead of storing it.

My dog is fussy about new textures. Will he actually lie on it?

Most dogs settle on it straight out of the box: the coolness draws them in. If yours hesitates, place it on his usual napping spot for 24 hours. Curiosity does the rest. And if it never clicks, we refund you 100%, no questions asked.

How do I pick the right size?

S (50×40 cm / 20×16 in): dogs up to 12 kg / 26 lb (Yorkie, Cavalier, Pug)
M (62×50 cm / 24×20 in): dogs 12 to 25 kg / 26-55 lb (Beagle, Cocker, French Bulldog)
L (70×55 cm / 28×22 in): dogs over 25 kg / 55 lb (Labrador, Golden, German Shepherd)
Cats: size S is perfect. When in doubt, go one size up.

Does it work for cats too?

Yes, perfectly. Ice-silk cools by simple contact, whatever animal lies on it. Many cats adopt it even faster than dogs: they already spend their summers hunting for cool tiles.

Do I need to freeze it or add water?

No, and that's the whole point. The ice-silk fabric is cool to the touch at all times and draws heat away from your pet by simple contact. Take it out of the box, put it down, done.

How do I clean it?

Wipe with a damp cloth day to day. Machine wash at 30°C (86°F), gentle cycle, for a deep clean (2-3 times per summer is enough). Air dry, never tumble dry.
